Please read these terms carefully before submitting a vendor application. By signing the application, the vendor confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
01Application Requirement
Submission of this application is an expression of interest and does not automatically guarantee a vendor space. Applications are subject to event availability and approval.
02Event Selection
Vendors must clearly specify the event name and state when applying. Applications may be received for events across multiple states.
03Vendor Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing any licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, identification, food-service documentation, or other requirements applicable to their products or services and the event.
04Space & Services
Available spaces, booth types, food-truck areas, equipment, electricity, water and other facilities may vary by event. Final allocation will depend on the requirements and availability of the selected event.
05Payment & Reservation
Payment must be made to reserve and confirm a vendor space or other requested service. A space is not considered reserved until the required payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed.
06Refund Policy
If a vendor changes their mind after making payment, the payment will be refunded in accordance with the applicable event's refund process. Any event-specific refund conditions will be communicated to the vendor before confirmation.
07First-Come, First-Served
Vendor spaces and available facilities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to event requirements and organizer approval.
08Flyer/Advertisement Notice
If a vendor is viewing an official event flyer or advertisement indicating that vendors are needed, the event is accepting vendor applications. Availability may change as spaces are filled.
09Event Changes
Event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to vendor locations, layouts, operating arrangements, schedules or available facilities when necessary.
10Vendor Conduct
Vendors must comply with event rules, health and safety requirements, venue regulations and applicable laws throughout their participation.
11Application Information
Vendors should provide accurate contact and business information so that the organizing team can communicate regarding approval, space allocation, payment, setup and event requirements.
