One application
You do not need a separate account for every event. Name the event and state, and your details carry across.
01 Vendor applications
Vendor Services handles applications for events nationwide. Tell us the event name and state, and the organizing team reviews your application and reserves your space.
Opens the application form on your phone. Handy if you are reading this on a desktop, or showing it to someone else.
02 Why vendors apply
Whether you trade in one state or travel a circuit, you apply in one place and the organizing team routes your application to the event you have chosen.
You do not need a separate account for every event. Name the event and state, and your details carry across.
Applications may be received for events across multiple states, so vendors who travel a circuit can plan a season in one place.
One point of contact handles your approval, space allocation, payment and setup questions from first email to load-out.
Booth types, food-truck areas, electricity and water are arranged by the organizer at each event, so you can focus on selling.
03 The process
Five steps. You always know which stage your application is at and what happens next.
Tell us the event name and the state it is in. Applications may be received for events across multiple states.
Complete the online form with your business details, what you intend to sell and the space or service you need.
The organizing team checks your application against the selected event's availability and requirements, usually within three business days.
If approved, you receive a written offer setting out the space or service, the facilities included, the fee and the payment deadline.
A space is not reserved until the required payment has been received and the reservation confirmed. Then you receive your move-in pass and booth number.
Submitting an application is an expression of interest — it is free, and it does not by itself guarantee a space. Your space is reserved once the required payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed.
